PURPOSE: A resin coating composition for back sheet for solar cell module is provided to have excellent insulating and moisture absorbing properties, and to save manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A resin coating composition for a back sheet for a solar cell module comprises resins and platelike particles or layered silicate compounds. The back sheet for the solar cell module comprises material(10), and resin coating layers(20) containing the platelike particles or layered silicate compounds coated on both sides or one side of the substrate. A manufacturing method of the back sheet comprises a step of preparing the substrate, and a step of coating the resin containing the platelike particles or layered silicate compounds coated on both sides or one side of the substrate.
