PURPOSE: A processing apparatus is provided to process a material on a table member regardless of the size of the material by arranging a processing unit under the table member. CONSTITUTION: A processing apparatus comprises a frame unit(110), a table member(120), material fixing units, a conveying unit, a cutting unit, and a surface processing unit. The table member is installed on the frame unit. The table member is composed of a fixed table(121) and a movable table which are separated from each other. The material fixing units are arranged on the fixed table and the movable table, respectively. The conveying unit is arranged under the table member and is horizontally moved. The cutting unit and the surface processing unit are moved between the fixed and movable tables. The cutting unit is installed in one side of the conveying unit, and the surface processing unit is installed in the other side.
