PURPOSE: An electroluminescent device including a quantum-dot multilayered thin film is provided to improve current-density and brightness by forming a light emitting layer with a quantum-dot multilayered thin film. CONSTITUTION: A linker layer(11), which is composed of a material with one electric charge, is arranged on a substrate(10). The surface of a first quantum-dot(12) is modified by a material(13) with an opposite electric charge. The surface of a second quantum-dot is modified by a material(14) with the same electric charge as that of the linker layer. A layer of the first quantum-dot with modified surface is stacked on the linker layer. A layer of the second quantum-dot with modified surface is stacked on the layer of the first quantum-dot.
