PURPOSE: A mortar finishing material for concrete structures and a construction method thereof are provided to increase fire retardant by including flame-retardant main epoxy composite material, composite hardening agent, and non-scattering magma silica compound in a proper ratio, thereby postponing decay rate of the concrete structure due to fire to the utmost. CONSTITUTION: A mortar finishing material for concrete structures comprises flame resisting complex epoxy prepolymer, complex hardener, and non-arsenic acid magma silica composite in mass rate of 2.1:1:30. The flame resisting complex epoxy prepolymer comprises 55-60 weight% of bisphenol-A based epoxy resin, 25-30 weight% of brominated flame retardant epoxy resin, 10-15 weight% of reactive diluent, and 0.5-1 weight% of adhesion promoter. The complex hardener comprises 40-45 weight% of para-tertiary butyl phenol, 25-30 weight% of aromatic amine, 24-28 weight% of alicyclic amine, 2-5 weight% of curing accelerator, and 0.2-0.5 weight% of antifoaming agent. The non-scattering magma silica compound comprises 75-80 weight% of magma silica, 10-17 weight% of glass oxide, 3-8 weight% of alumina, and 1-5 weight% of epoxy reactive diluent.
