PURPOSE: A reversible lane operating system for a tunnel is provided to guide the smooth movement of a vehicle by including a plurality of a lane indicating units. CONSTITUTION: In a reversible lane operating system for a tunnel, a plurality of cameras(30) determine an accident situation. A plurality of lane mark unit(100) is arranged in a tunnel(10). A control unit(200) controls the lane mark unit and guides a vehicle through changing of lanes.
