PURPOSE: A public bicycle management system utilizing a location based service is provided to prevent robbery by utilizing location information provided by a public bicycle terminal. CONSTITUTION: A public bicycle terminal(100) senses the motion change of a public bicycle. The public bicycle terminal creates rental request information or return request information by receiving RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag information. The public bicycle terminal transmits the rental request information or the return request information to a public bicycle control server(200). The public bicycle terminal receives rental approval information or return approval information. The public bicycle terminal controls a lock apparatus installed at the public bicycle. |
