Telescopic coaxial device (1) for removing solid slag in combustion or gasification furnaces, comprising a burner (2) supplied with at least one comburent flow, and a nozzle (3) for dispensing a high pressure cleaning flow, said nozzle being coaxial to said burner and telescopically extensible with respect to the burner; preferably the burner is operated in over-stoichiometric condition to reduce the particulate through reaction with water vapour.
