The present invention relates to a device 10 for ophthalmic laser surgery, with an optical imaging system for imaging a treatment laser beam 14 onto a focal point, with a temperature-measuring means for the measurement of a temperature assigned to the imaging system, and with an electronic control arrangement (22) connected to the temperature-measuring means and designed to control the focal point adjustnment as a function of the measured temperature.
