PURPOSE: A pillow for a sound sleep is provided to help blood circulation and to induce a sound sleep by providing a massage effect. CONSTITUTION: A pillow for a sound sleep comprises a neck support part(110), a head support part(120), a fomentation pack(130), and ceramic balls(140). A pack insertion groove having a predetermined depth is formed in the neck support part and head support part. The fomentation pack is mounted in the pack insertion groove. The ceramic balls are fixed to or detachable from the ball insertion groove and emit far infrared rays or negative ions.
