PURPOSE: An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) apparatus is provided to improve a BLF(Backscattering Link Frequency) feature within an error range by controlling the BLF feature based on a correction value. CONSTITUTION: A clock creation unit(140) creates a clock corresponding to a wireless frequency signal. A clock correction unit(120) creates a response signal corresponding to the corrected clock value by correcting the correction value established by counting the edge of the clock. A modulation unit(110) outputs the response signal through an antenna by modulating the response signal. The clock correction unit corrects the frequency of the clock in the signal transmission section from a tag to a reader. The clock correction unit includes a clock edge counter, a register, a correction controller, and a response signal creation unit.
