PURPOSE: A battery assembly of a mobile terminal is provided to increase the sealing effect of a mobile terminal battery and to prevent foreign materials from flowing into a battery combining area. CONSTITUTION: A space part is formed in a battery case(110). One side of the space part is opened. The space part accepts a charging battery. A battery cover(130) is combined with the battery case in order to cover the battery case. A sealing member(150) is arranged between the battery case and the battery cover.
