PURPOSE: A grain puffing apparatus is provided to simplify and miniaturize the structure of the apparatus by rotatably connecting one end of a grain transfer rod. CONSTITUTION: A grain puffing apparatus comprises the following: a pressure lid driving unit installed on an upper frame of a main body, and connected to a pressure lid shaft vertically combined to the upper side to a pressure lid for opening and closing a pressure cooker(410); a pressure cooker pressure controller(400) fixes the pressure cooker to a lower base of the main body, and controls the pressure inside the pressure cooker when sealing the cooker using a pressure lid; a fixing shaft(420) penetrates a fixing hole formed on the lower base, and is connected to the lower side of the pressure cooker; an elastic member(430) supports the lower side of the pressure cooker; a pressure control plate(440) ascends and descends along the fixing shaft for controlling the elasticity of the elastic member; plural rotation stoppers(460) control the rotation of a body unit of the pressure control plate.
