PURPOSE: An air belt for a vehicle is provided to implement a smoothing rotation of a D-ring because a gas port of the inflator is used as a rotary shaft of the D-ring. CONSTITUTION: An air belt for a vehicle comprises an inflator(100), a D-ring(200), a webbing(300), and an airbag. A gas port is exposed to the inside of a vehicle room. The inflator is embedded in a pillar trim(500). The D-ring is connected to the gas port to be rotated and a gas flow path of the D-ring is connected to the gas port. One end of the webbing is fixed to the D-ring and the other end of the webbing is inserted into a retractor(510). An inlet port of the airbag is connected to the gas flow path. The airbag is embedded in the webbing.
