MICROBIAL AGENT FOR AEROBIC FOOD WASTE TREATMENT, METHOD FOR AEROBIC FOOD WASTE TREATMENT USING SAME, AND USE OF ITS TREATMENT PRODUCT

PURPOSE: A microorganism formulation for aerobic fermentation of food waste is provided to prevent odor and pests. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism formulation for aerobic fermentation of food waste contains Leuconostoc mesenteroides and Lactobacillus delbrueckii subspecies bulgaricus. The microorganism formulation further contains Weissella cibaria, Issatchenkia orientalis, or a microorganism mixture thereof. A method for aerobic fermentation method of food waste comprises: a step of culturing the microorganism formulation in an agitation type processing tank; a step of inputting the food waste into the processing tank; a step of fermenting the food waste under aerobic conditions; a step of discharging a liquid phase fermented product; and a step of additionally inputting food waste.
