PURPOSE: A layout of a semiconductor device is provided to use 6F2 cell structure and a folded bit line at the same time by forming one transistor and one capacitor in one active area and improve properties of the transistor. CONSTITUTION: A word line(110) passes through a first active area and a second active area. A bit line contact(125) is arranged on one side end of the first active area and the second active area. A storage node contact is arranged on the other end of the first active area and the second active area. A bit line(130) is connected to the bit line contact and is perpendicular to the word line. A storage electrode(140) is connected to the storage node contact.
