PURPOSE: A semitransparent PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) sheet manufacturing apparatus and semitransparent PVC sheet produced from the same are provided to control the translucency of a surface because a semitransparent portion of a sheet is stretched longer than the extrusion length of the sheet. CONSTITUTION: A semitransparent PVC sheet manufacturing apparatus comprises a drawing roller(40) and tensioning roller. The drawing roller cools a PVC sheet extruded from an extruder, thereby extruding the PVC sheet. The drawing roller stretches the sheet passed through the drawing roller at a desired thickness. The drawing roller is composed of a support roller(41) and press roller(45). The support roller provides the power. A press projection portion is formed at a portion of the longitudinal surface and composed of a plurality of press projections(46). The water-cooling through-hole(42) is formed in a central shaft or a circumference of the support roller.
