The invention relates a training apparatus (1) to train passing to a teammate that comprises a goal plane that is distinctly divided in a left and a right zone, simulating the left and right foot of the teammate that will receive the pass. Therefore, the invention provides a training apparatus for use in training passing to a teammate in a ball sport, comprising means to define two vertically-separated target zones within said goal plane. The invention also provides a kit for use in establishing a training apparatus according to the invention. |
