PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a transparent photochromic synthetic resin is provided to be reversibly recovered when blocking sunlight, and to have high transparence. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a transparent photochromic synthetic resin with self extinguishing properties and changing colors according to the intensity of UV rays, comprises a step of mixing 63-77 weight% of a thermoplastic ionomer resin, 0.36-0.44 weight% of a photochromic colorant, 0.0018-0.0022 weight% of a photostabilizer, 0.0036-0.0044 weight% of a thermal stabilizer, 0.0018-0.00022 weight% of a softener, 0.36-0.44 weight% of color pigments, and a residual polyethylene resin.
