An applicator for reflexotherapy includes an elastic base defined by two layers forming a rectangular plate, and a plurality of needles having thick ends between the two layers and sharp ends outside of the upper of the two layers. The thick ends are secured in a joint area between the two layers of the base, whereby tilting of the needles relative to the base member is eliminated.
