CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(202) is electrically connected to a first terminal electrode. A second electrode(204) is electrically connected to a second terminal electrode. A light emitting device includes an EL(Electro Luminescence) layer(203) between a first electrode and a second electrode. At least one of the first electrode and the second electrode has light transmissivity. The first terminal electrode and the second terminal electrode are respectively and electrically connected with a terminal electrode of an external power supply.
