CONSTITUTION: A liquid composition catalyst composition includes ionized metal compound. In the ionized metal compound, one or more metal ions selected from Mg, Ca, Mn, Zn are formed by dissolving one or more metal oxide selected from Mg, Ca, Mn, and Zn in soluble liquid. The liquid is nitric acid or an ammonia solution. The composition further includes boron compound.
