<p>PURPOSE: A signal processing circuit and a driving method thereof are provided to suppress power consumption by stopping power for a short time. CONSTITUTION: A memory device memorizes data from an operation circuit and includes a plurality of memory devices(100). The plurality of memory devices includes a first phase inversion device, a second phase inversion device, a first selection transistor(103), a second selection transistor, a first transistor, a second transistor, a first capacitive device(121), and a second capacitive device. The first transistor and the second transistor respectively include an oxide semiconductor layer including the channel. The potential of data is supplied to an input terminal of the first phase inversion device through the first selection transistor and the second transistor which are turned on in each memory device.</p> |
