PURPOSE: A remotely controlled distribution frame and a distribution frame management system using the same are provided to automatically change a circuit connection state using a remote management system, thereby reducing manpower and management costs. CONSTITUTION: An internal circuit terminal is connected to an internal communication circuit of one side. An external circuit terminal is connected to an external communication circuit of the other side. A plurality of connection parts(111) is arranged on a main board(110). A rotor(122) connects or disconnects a user communication circuit. A power controller(130) controls a power supply process for operating a circuit switch(120).
