ADDITIVE (PLASTICIZER) FOR THE PRODUCTION OF WALL MORTARS BASED ON ORGANIC MATERIALS

Novelty: additive (plastifier) for the production of wall mortars (in building and plastering works) based on organic materials. Production method: mixing of methyl cellulose, soap and lignosulfonic salt in a pr?cised purportion endowing it with rheologic properties making the produced mortars particularly workable even when applied via projection machines (presses). Advantages: the properties of the contained components make the product able to replace the lime putty in the preparation of wall mortars eliminating thus any disadvantages derived from the use of lime putty (e.g. elimination of bubbles, cracks on the surface of the wall plastered surface and prevention of corrosion of the reinforcement in use).
