PURPOSE: A user authentication apparatus in a cash dispenser automated teller machine is provided to prevent the transaction of a third party by authenticating a user through OTP(One Time Password) information. CONSTITUTION: A transaction request reception unit(202) receives the request of finance transaction from a client. A card information reception unit(204) receives card information of a card. A password authentication unit(206) requests the input of a card password to the client. The password authentication unit authenticates the client by using the inputted password. An OTP information authentication unit(208) authenticates other clients.
