PURPOSE: A simplicity cooling apparatus which is simply detachable to a fan is provided to enhance diffusion of fluid in a water case. CONSTITUTION: A simplicity cooling apparatus comprises a case member(200), fan-coupling member, water case(100). A coupling hole of the case side connected with moisture-containing air-through body is formed at the front side of the case member. The fan-coupling member is attached/detached to/from the fan by being mounted at the case member.
