PURPOSE: A hybrid generation system using waste heat of a ship is provided to collect waste gas and to convert electrical energy. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid generation system using waste heat of a ship comprises an organic rankine generation device(30), AMTEC generation device(70), and TEG generation device(80). The organic ranking generation device performs heat exchange waste gas of high temperature into heat carriers and organic working fluids. The organic rankine generation device performs heat exchange with organic working fluid. The AMTEC generation device generates electricity during a process of passing sodium steam of high pressure through a BASE(beta-alumina solid electrolyte).
