PURPOSE: An auxiliary jig for coupling an engine and a transmission for heavy equipment is provided to obtain secure position of an engine and a transmission having various shapes and sizes or heavy equipment types by installing a height finely adjusting unit. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary jig for coupling an engine and a transmission for heavy equipment includes a Y-axis moving block(12), a X-axis moving block(14), a W-axis turntable(15), a supporting unit(10) for an engine(E), and a transmission prop(20). The Y-axis moving block moves forth and back along a Y-axis rail(11). The X-axis moving block moves toward left and right sides along an X-axis rail(13) coupled to the top of the Y-axis moving block. The W-axis turntable is rotatably coupled to the top of the X-axis moving block. The supporting unit for the engine is composed of an engine prop(19) on which the engine is placed. The transmission is placed on the transmission prop so that a rotary shaft of a transmission(T) facing with an engine driving shaft is kept same height. |
