PURPOSE: A tool adjusting device of a chamfering machine is provided to extend the service life of a bite and obtain uniform cut surfaces by simply correcting the position of a straight machining tool. CONSTITUTION: A tool adjusting device of a chamfering machine comprises curve machining tool and straight machining tool adjusting devices. The curve machining tool adjusting device comprises a landing housing(290), a curved machining tool(200) which is guided along the landing housing and exposed on a table(250), a first shaft housing(170) which operates the curve machining tool, and a clamping bolt(310) which fastens the first shaft housing to the landing housing. The straight machining tool adjusting device comprises a moving slope block(330) which is inserted between top and bottom plates(240,230) to regulate the height of the top plate with an adjusting screw(320) and a slope block(340) which supports the moving slope block on the top plate.
