PURPOSE: An automatic gauge apparatus for level and sensitivity of thermocouple in a tire process is provided to suppress scorch generation during summer and to enhance product quality. CONSTITUTION: An automatic gauge apparatus for level and sensitivity of thermocouple in a tire comprises an oil bath(11), converter(12), and automatic recording unit(13). The thermocouple converts into thermoelectro motive force and change into voltage signal. The converter is connected with the thermocouple and converts voltage difference into digital signal. The automatic recording unit is connected to the convert and record all routes.
