The device is intended for monitoring the burner flame presence in the process of steam-generator start. A photoelectric sensor (1) is connected with sensor signal processing system (2) having an output to friendly signal amplifier (3), channels of burner flame kindling and extinguishing contain elements "tracing-storing" (4) with outputs to adders (5) and analog-to-discrete converters (6) (ADM – generates a discrete signal on output, when input analog signal value is more than setup value; ADL – when input analog signal value is less than setup value). The channel of burner flame extinguishing is provided with a firebox situation monitoring system including analog-to-discrete converters (6), one of which (ADM) is coupled directly with logic element "OR" (8), the second (ADL) – through time delay element (7), logic element "OR" (8) is coupled with discrete information generation unit (9) about locking mechanism state on fuel feeding into the burner, output of which is connected to discrete input of element "tracing-storing" (4) of the burner kindling channel directly, and to discrete input of element "tracing-storing" (4) in the burner extinguishing channel through element "OR" (8). The reliability of selective burner flame monitoring rises owing to the signal processing capability of sensor measuring the burner state, with zeroing of this signal before the moment of fuel feeding into burner (burner flame kindling) and before the stop moment of fuel feeding into burner (burner flame extinguishing) that excludes the influence of noise signal from adjacent and contrary burners, igniter flame, load change etc, and finally, permits to raise the reliability of selective burner flame monitoring. |
