Invention herewith described refers to the device for preventing the return of odours from the street sewer gutters and the sewers in the parks as an additional patent application to the basic patent P-2006/0385, which according to the invention, can be simply placed in the gutter (11) of the street sewer or the sewer in a park, providing a smooth draining of large quantities of water as well. To the cylindrical body (2) with the diagonal openings there are fixed four inserts (3) for one way flow of wastewater. On the upper part of the body (2) of the device, there is a flange required for the rest on the bracket (8) in the upper part of the gutter (11) providing a hermetic closure of the entire system. In order to prevent vibrations of the device due to powerful blows of the upcoming large amount of water, at the bottom (4) of the body (2) there is cast a concrete slab (5). Apart from preventing the spread of odours, at the same time the device prevents rats and other pests to pass to the surrounding area.
