PURPOSE: A filler with a high water absorption ratio is provided to enhance water absorption ratio and reducing grounding resistance by producing sodium ion. CONSTITUTION: A filler comprises 10-30 parts by weight of silicate glass and70-90 parts by weight of inorganic material. The filler produces sodium ion by reacting with moisture and is plasticized at 400-900 deg. Celsius in order to be formed in solid phase. The inorganic material includes more than one of loess, zeolite, bentonite, and calsolyte. The filler is ceramic carrier which includes a plurality of pores in order to improve the water absorption ratio. The filler adheres to, attaches to, or is included in an earth bar in order to be used as resistance reduction ash.
