PURPOSE: An underground facility indicator and a measuring reference point protecting device are provided to prevent safety accident due to construction by being distinguished at a remote site. CONSTITUTION: A body(1) is used in common regardless of the kind of underground facility indicator or the measuring reference point. A lid(2) is manufactured by mixing dye of fixed color with synthetic resin such as polycarbonate and polyethylene according to the kind of conduits or facilities underground. The main body and the lid are connected to both grooves(6) on the top of the main body by coupling left and right protrusions(5).
