PURPOSE: A ship and floating-type marine structure capable or reducing the sloshing in a cargo space is provided to reduce the impact caused by the sloshing for improving the buffering function of a melamine form. CONSTITUTION: A ship and floating-type marine structure includes a cargo space(100) and a melamine form(220). The cargo space is for storing liquid cargoes. The melamine form is located on the area including the inner edge of the cargo space, and includes polygon or circular holes. The melamine form has the inner surface toward the cargo space formed in a concave arched shape, and includes protrusions on the surface contacting the cargoes. A melamine fixing frame is installed on the inner wall of the cargo space.
