Novelty: method for the construction of concrete shells abolishing the use of metal, wooden or other kind of forms. Constitution: thin concrete surfaces created at each side of each under-construction building element (concrete roof, girder, wall, footing, pillar), which concrete surfaces are mutually united to form the shell of the building elements and be placed where ordinary forms should be normally set. The filling of said shells with main fluid concrete volume is accomplished after completion of the building elements constructed at any level. The herein disclosed method can be industrialized so that the construction of the foregoing surfaces can be carried out in other places, out of the working site. Purpose: significant restriction of equipment, tools and consumable materials; dramatic time and labour reduction; excellent geometry of the construction; environmental protection due to the restriction on using wood, metal and plastics as construction materials. |
