The present invention relates to X-ray engineering, notably, to digital X-ray detectors and intended for stitching and linearization of amplitude responses of separate sensors of multisensor detectors. The technical result is the creation of procedures of stitching and linearization of amplitude responses of separate sensors of multisensor detectors under the conditions of nonuniform irradiance (it does not require use of a radiation source with a flat X-ray (light) field). The method is based on calculation of table function of conversion of intensity of the detector sensors output. As a result of the use of data of table function of conversion amplitude responses of sensors, which are identical and linear within accuracy of measurements, are obtained. The main idea used for calculation of table function of stitching, is that with nonuniform X-ray (light) field, slowly varying in area, responses of two adjacent sensors having the same amplitude responses should have close values near the function of these sensors. |
