PURPOSE: A debris barrier having an earth control function is provided to stably drain water cut off by the debris barrier by forming drainage paths having different diameters in multi stages. CONSTITUTION: A debris barrier having an earth control function comprises a central panel(11), left and right panels(12), multiple driftwood blocking bars(13), and drainage paths(20). The driftwood blocking bars are composed of stainless steel pipes and are vertically positioned at the top surface of the central panel. The drainage paths are horizontally formed in the central panel in multi-stages. Pipes having different diameters penetrate through the drainage paths to control the draining amount of water.
