The plate has pre-stressed longitudinal rods (2) whose two levels are in parallel position and close to large faces (12) of a flat concrete body (1). Wire ties are arranged in spiral between the opposite rods of two levels, and form reinforcement on a plane perpendicular to the large faces of the body. Longitudinal cavities (11) or hollow relief cells of the body are arranged between the wire ties. Recesses (14, 15) are formed on one of the large faces and on two longitudinal sides (13) of the body for longitudinal fixation of the body to concrete of floor during construction. |
