PURPOSE: A middle conveying apparatus of an optical film for smoothly transferring the optical film is provided to prevent the generation of loosening on the optical film when transferring the optical film. CONSTITUTION: A middle conveying apparatus of an optical film includes an optical laser unit(2) and a unit main body(10). The al laser unit cuts an optical sheet in a band shape into the single shaped optical film using optical laser, and includes plural optical lasers toward the returning direction of the optical sheet. The optical film is located on a constant speed conveying system(3) returning the optical film in the constant speed. The optical laser unit transfers the optical film to the constant speed conveying system. The unit main body includes an upstream unit main body(6) for winding and returning the optical film, and a downstream unit main body transferring the optical film to the constant speed conveying system.
