PURPOSE: A door curtain structure for vehicles is provided to improve the productivity of products by additional injection-molding a noise preventive member to a curtain cover to be integrated. CONSTITUTION: A door curtain structure(100) for vehicles includes a curtain housing(110), a curtain cloth(120), and a curtain cover(200). The curtain housing is installed at the inner side of a door trim(20). The curtain cloth is wound at a winding part which is placed at the inner side of the curtain housing. The curtain cloth is wound and unwound at the winding part to be entered and discharged to/from the curtain housing. The curtain cover guides the vertical movement of the curtain cloth. A guiding hole is formed at the curtain cover, and the curtain cloth passes through the guiding hole. The noise preventive member(220) is installed at the inner side of the guiding hole.
