PURPOSE: A panel for manufacturing a ball and a ball using thereof are provided to increase naked eye identification ability of player and visitor by reflecting surrounding lights. CONSTITUTION: A panel for manufacturing a ball and a ball using thereof comprise a reflective layer(20). The reflective layer is attached to a surface of a leather layer using an adhesion layer(11). The reflective layer constitutes in order to support the reflective layer located between a reflection base layer(21) and a thorn surface layer(25). A bridge column(B) forms a space unit(29) by being arranged between a return reflector ash(23) and a visible surface layer(25). In the unit space part(S1), 1-4 micro prism cells of the reflective members are placed. The unit space part is formed by the bridge column.
