METAL OXIDE STERILIZING CATALYST AND DEVICE USING SAME

PURPOSE: A sterilizing catalyst for metal oxide and a sterilizing apparatus using the same are provided to implement sterilizing actions at low temperatures or the room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A sterilizing catalyst includes an oxygen deficient induction metal. The oxygen deficient induction metal is substituted with the metal grid of metal oxide or is inserted into a space between grids. The metal oxide is the oxide of divalent or more metal. The oxidation number of the oxygen deficient induction metal is lower than the oxidation number of the metal of the metal oxide. The particle diameter of the oxygen deficient induction metal is smaller than the particle diameter of the metal in the metal oxide.
