PURPOSE: A shield control device of an adaptive headlight system is provided to revise error by sensing a real rotation angle of a shield controlling a beam shape and comparing the real rotation angle with a target angle. CONSTITUTION: A shield motor(30) revolves a shield as a prescribed angle in response to a control signal. The shield controls the shape of a beam emitted from a lamp. A rotation angle sensing part(10) senses a rotation angle of the shield. A magnet part revolves in response to rotation of the shield. The magnet part is fixed to a rotary shaft of the shield. A controller(20) compares the rotation angle inputted from the rotation angle sensing part with a set target angle and calculates a revising angle. The controller reflects the revising angle to the target angle and revises the rotation angle of the shield through a shield motor.
