PURPOSE: A socket type light emitting diode lamp assembly for a vehicle is provided to reduce costs by exchanging a light emitting diode device only. CONSTITUTION: Lamp housing(10) comprises an assembly(13). The assembly has a plus contact point(11) and a minus contact point(12). A light emitting diode device is loaded on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). A light emitting diode socket(20) is attached and detached to the assembly. The light emitting diode socket has a first contact point and a second contact point. The first contact point and the second contact point are respectively contacted to the plus contact point and the minus contact point. The light emitting diode socket comprises socket housing, a lens, and the PCB. A holding hook is formed on the socket housing. A fitting part in which the holding hook is fitted is formed on the lens.
