PURPOSE: A portable terminal and control method thereof are provided to transmit non-relaying states to a caller terminal by automatically transmitting an automatic response message to a caller. CONSTITUTION: A control unit establishes call connection states according to the reception of a call connection attempt between a calling terminal and a reception terminal in case a distance difference between a local communication module and an external communication apparatus is longer than a communicable threshold distance(S410-S430). The control unit controls a portable terminal in order to transmit data exchange impossibility message to a caller terminal(S440). |
