PURPOSE: A laminated type battery is provided to prevent the concentration of current to junction are by dispersing current flowing the junction area in which an electrode current colleting film and an electrode tab are contacted, thereby restraining the heating near the junction area. CONSTITUTION: A laminated type battery is accepted into the inside of external material together with electrolyte, in which electrode current collecting foil(11) forming an electrode(10) is laminated by inserting a separator(30) collecting foil, and comprises electrode taps(13,23) drawn from the external material to outside. The electrode taps are contacted to the electrode current collecting foil at joint regions(15,16,25,26) arranged in at least two edges of external edge part(11c) of the electrode current collecting foil.
