Note that first joint is located ahead of said plate while second joint is located behind it to envelope it and separate jointed web sections from other sections. Web jointed sections form tape 29 enveloping plate to slide there along. In compliance with another version, proposed device comprises support plate feed device and device to joint web sections together in feed zone behind aforesaid plate to form tape 20 enveloping plate to slide around it.
