PROCESS FOR RAPID PRODUCTION OF CALCIUM CARBONATE WITH MICRO BUBBLE CARBON DIOXIDE ON HIGH YIELD

PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of calcium carbonate using carbon dioxide micro bubbles is provided to rapidly precipitate calcium carbonate with high yield by repeating reaction processes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process of calcium carbonate comprises next steps: a first step of supplying carbon dioxide to a micro bubble generator; a second step of supplying carbon dioxide which is exhausted from the micro bubble generator to a reaction bath which calcium ions exist; a third step of supplying reaction solution which is exhausted from the reaction bath to the micro bubble generator and mixing with carbon dioxide; and a fourth step of re-supplying reaction solution including carbon dioxide micro bubble which is exhausted from the micro bubble generation to the reaction bath. The first or the fourth step repeats. The repeating step stops when the pH of the reaction solution drops to less than seven. 0.8-1.0L/min of the carbon dioxide micro bubble is provided to the reaction bath.
