FIELD: tobacco industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for production of non-smoking products of rustic tobacco envisages preparation of recipe components, rustic tobacco and chicory cutting, drying in microwave oven till residual humidity about 20% at microwave filed power providing warming inside the bits till temperature 80-90C during at least an hour and their mixing. Then one performs impregnation with liquid carbon dioxide with simultaneous pressure boost, depressurisation to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of the mixture, subliming and removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous swelling of the mixture, addition of grape juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water and moulding the produced mixture. The mixture is prepared at the following weight ratio with accuracy of 2%: rustic tobacco - 400; chicory - 300; grape juice concentrate in conversion to 70% of dry substances content - 90; sugar syrup in conversion to 70% concentration - 90; calcium and/or magnesium citrate - 70, water up to 1000. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures production a new non-smoking nicotine-containing rustic tobacco product with improved organoleptic properties and extended storage life combined with decreasing losses of flavouring substances and initial raw material nicotine. ^ 1 ex |
